Reservations → Peaqplus. Daily.
Full reservation feed — individual + group, OTB + tentative. Date, segment, channel, room type, rate type, ADR, guest count, length of stay.
Room, F&B, other revenue, city tax — split per your PMS's category system, mapped to Peaqplus standard. Multi-currency native where the PMS exposes currency tags.
Your PMS's segment codes mapped to your custom Peaqplus segments. New codes get an AI-suggested mapping you confirm or override.
12 months of historical reservations on first sync. Forms the baseline for Same Point YoY analysis and the statistical forecast tier.
We integrate with your PMS. You don't change yours.
Most analytics tools force you to standardize your PMS setup before they'll work properly. We do the opposite: read your existing setup as it is — segment codes, revenue categories, currency mix, group blocks, conference structure — and map it to Peaqplus internally during onboarding. Multi-property routing, branded-chain hierarchies, multi-currency reservations, MICE modules — all preserved.
- Custom segment codes — your naming preserved, AI-suggested mapping for new codes
- Multi-property routing — per-property data separation under a single Peaqplus account
- Multi-currency — native currency tags carried through, daily ECB conversion when needed
- Conference / group structure — MICE hierarchies, group blocks, banquet revenue separated where present
- Read-only by default — your existing PMS reports and integrations keep working unchanged
From first call to live data — typically 7–14 days.
Faster for API-based integrations. Longer for branded-chain deployments where chain IT approval is part of the path.
45–60 minute walkthrough. We confirm your PMS setup, multi-property structure, segment / channel naming, and currency configuration.
Our engineers configure the integration on the PMS side. You provide read-only credentials. First export runs.
Segment mapping verified, reporting currency selected, channel pool definitions, rate matrix templates loaded. Test data flows end-to-end.
Two team sessions (60 min each), Insight dashboards walked through, first weekly review run live. 30 days of priority support post-launch.
The pipeline runs every night. Every change in your reservation feed — new bookings, modifications, segment shifts, rate updates — lands in Peaqplus as the next morning's snapshot. No manual touchpoints.
Not currently integrated? Let's connect anyway.
We're expanding native PMS coverage continuously. If your system isn't on the integration list today, that's a starting point — not a stop. We've built native pipelines for non-standard systems before; tell us what you use, and we'll work out the fastest path to connect to it.
In the meantime, a manual CSV upload fallback lets you run Peaqplus on Day 1 — so you don't have to wait for the native connector to start seeing what your data actually says.
What the integration always supports.
- Tentative bookings (mapped to Peaqplus tentative mode)
- City tax / local fees (calculated separately, surfaced in revenue breakdown)
- Pickup direction (positive, negative, and stagnant days surfaced across reports and tiles)
- Group bookings (individual + group split preserved, group block linkage where supported)
- MICE hierarchy (Conference / Banquet / Wedding / Incentive — where the PMS exposes it)
- Multi-currency native (PMS-exposed currency tags + daily ECB conversion)
- Custom segment codes (AI-suggested mapping for non-standard segment names)
- Multi-property routing (single Peaqplus account, per-property data separation)

See Peaqplus running end-to-end.
In our 45–60 minute walkthrough, we run Peaqplus on our live demo environment — a simulated property with reservation data that moves day to day — so you see how the integration behaves end-to-end. No PMS access needed for the call. No setup fee. No commitment.
We'll handle the technical integration before any real data flows.
