Solutions/For Revenue Service Providers
Revenue management software for service providers

Run every client review
from the same revenue workflow.

Standardize hotel-side analysis, planning, reporting and decision follow-through across the properties you serve — without forcing one pricing or distribution stack.

Peaqplus helps consultancies and outsourced Revenue Management teams repeat the method while keeping each hotel's data, access and decisions in context. It does not score the provider or claim that one action caused the result.

The provider workflow gap

Scale the method, not the preparation work.

Client reporting packs do not always line up

Different PMS exports, metric definitions and review formats turn recurring analysis into repeated preparation.

The topline does not explain the change

A provider needs to move from the total into dates, channels, segments and room types while keeping the data state visible.

The hotel sees the result, not the decision trail

The analysis, agreed action, owner and follow-up can split across slides, email and the provider's own tools.

Two common starting points

Keep the existing stack where it works. Add the shared layer that is useful.

DISTRIBUTION-LED STACK
Add the hotel-side PMS view to the distribution workflow
"“I need the reservation and planning context around the channel picture.”"

Keep the distribution, channel-management and rate-shopping tools that already have a clear job. Peaqplus can add the hotel data available through its PMS integration: dated performance, pickup, pace, Budget and Forecasting.

The exact coverage depends on the PMS data and mappings available for that hotel. The useful promise is a consistent analytical workflow — not that every source system exposes the same fields.

Keep the distribution stack; add a repeatable hotel-side decision view.
RMS-LED STACK
Keep pricing in the RMS and connect the wider review
"“The pricing workflow can stay. The client review needs shared evidence and follow-through.”"

Peaqplus can run alongside an RMS without claiming that every RMS has the same analytical gap. The RMS can keep its pricing workflow while Peaqplus supports hotel-side analysis, planning, Discussions, Decisions and later review.

The provider and hotel can work from the same available Peaqplus view. That makes the agreed action visible without turning Peaqplus into a scorecard for the provider or proof that one action caused the outcome.

Keep the RMS where it works; make the surrounding decision trail shared.

A provider already running it

Rate Republic runs day-to-day pricing for 46 properties, from hostels to five-star hotels, and has rolled out Peaqplus at several of its client hotels.

A repeatable client review

From the selected hotel to a visible follow-up.

A simulated workflow. Data coverage, timing, access and division of work depend on each hotel's systems and the agreed service model.

01
Open the selected client property

Confirm the latest data timestamp and the hotel's mapping before comparing pickup, pace, Budget or Forecast.

02
Move from the delta to the driver

Use the same Insight definitions across clients, then drill into the relevant dates, channels, segments or room types for this hotel.

03
Prepare the client review

Bring the dated view, current Budget and Forecast context, scheduled report and open questions into one repeatable review structure.

04
Record the agreed action

Link the Discussion or Decision to its supporting view, then keep the responsible person, deadline and status visible to the people involved.

05
Return to what happened next

Use the next snapshot, Forecast Accuracy and Revenue Track to review the later state. The sequence supports learning; it does not prove single-action causality.

What the provider and hotel can share

Six capabilities with clear plan boundaries.

Multi-property management

Manage more than one property on every tier. Subscription pricing remains per property; portfolio-specific requirements are scoped separately.

Insight workspace

Use consistent definitions for Situation, Pickup, Performance, Plan Tracking, Booking Rhythm, Benchmark and Executive Summary. Competitors and Discovery require their respective modules.

Budget + Forecasting

Keep the approved plan, current forecast and actual result in the same hotel-side planning context.

Scheduled reports + Daily Briefing

Deliver repeatable hotel or group reporting. The five base Daily Briefing blocks work without Pulse AI.

Discussion + Decisions

Keep the question, supporting view, agreed action, owner, deadline, status and later review connected.

Enterprise scope

Portfolio-specific dashboard, API, white-label, custom integration and dedicated success requirements are scoped with Enterprise.

Product and deployment boundary

Multi-property is included. Portfolio-specific deployment is Enterprise.

How we can partner

Three models, defined by who owns the relationship and delivery.

Public descriptions stay at responsibility level. Commercial terms, support boundaries and rollout details are agreed in the partner conversation.

01
Referral

You introduce the hotel; Peaqplus owns the platform sale, onboarding and ongoing customer relationship.

Best when you want to recommend the platform without operating it.
02
Reseller

You own the commercial relationship with the hotel; platform, support and billing responsibilities are defined in the partner agreement.

Best when Peaqplus becomes part of your managed service.
03
White-label

Brand, domain, portfolio dashboard, API and rollout requirements are scoped as an Enterprise deployment.

Best for productized services and portfolio-scale operating models.

Referral and reseller responsibilities are set in the partner agreement. White-label, API and portfolio-specific deployment are Enterprise scope.

Optional · Pulse AI

Ask within the selected client context. Check the source path.

Pulse AI can answer from the latest Peaqplus data available for the selected hotel and link back to its supporting view. It is not required for the base dashboards, planning, reports, Discussion or Decisions. The examples below use simulated data and do not imply a cross-client roll-up.

ProviderWhich dates widened the budget gap since the previous snapshot?
PulseThe largest change is on 12–14 June. Forecast revenue is €8,400 below budget, with most of the new gap in corporate room nights. Source: selected property → Time Machine → segment mix.
ProviderSummarize the 30-day forecast accuracy for this client review.
PulseMay had the largest absolute error at 6.1%. Pickup accelerated after the forecast was committed, mainly in direct transient demand. Source: selected property → Forecast Accuracy → 30-day horizon.
ProviderWhich agreed decisions need follow-up this week?
PulseThree open Decisions have a deadline this week; one is overdue and two have no follow-up note yet. Source: selected property → Decisions → open status and deadline.
Pulse AI is included in the Pro bundle or available as a €49/month add-on (intro pricing). Meet Pulse AI →
Pricing and partner scope

Public plans are per property. Partner deployments are scoped to the model.

For a property with up to 49 rooms, Starter is €109/month, Growth €236/month and Pro €334/month. Multi-property management is included in every tier, while subscription fees remain per property. BI Core has a one-time €135 setup fee including 2 hours of training; Pricing and Competitor Intelligence each have a €135 setup when selected. Prices exclude VAT and vary by room-count band. Referral, reseller and Enterprise commercial terms are discussed separately.

Service provider FAQ

Product and partnership boundaries before the demo.

What does Peaqplus give a revenue management service provider?

A repeatable hotel-side workflow for dated analysis, Budget, Forecasting, scheduled reporting, Discussions, Decisions and follow-up. The provider and authorised hotel team can review the same available Peaqplus view while the provider keeps its own service method and commercial judgement.

Can a service provider keep its current RMS or distribution tools?

Yes. Peaqplus can run alongside an existing RMS, channel-manager workflow, distribution platform or rate-shopping tool. Those systems can keep their current jobs; Peaqplus adds the hotel-side analysis, planning and decision trail selected for the deployment. Data coverage depends on the supported integrations and mappings available for each hotel.

Is multi-property management included for service providers?

Yes. Multi-property management is included in Starter, Growth and Pro, while subscription fees remain per property. A portfolio-specific dashboard, API, white-label, custom integration or dedicated success requirement is scoped with Enterprise.

Does the provider workflow require Pulse AI or combine client data automatically?

No. The base Insight views, Budget, Forecasting, scheduled reports, Discussion and Decisions work without Pulse AI. Pulse AI is optional. The public workflow and examples use the selected hotel context and do not assume an automatic cross-client roll-up; portfolio-specific requirements are scoped separately.

How do referral, reseller and white-label partnerships differ?

In a referral model, Peaqplus owns the platform sale, onboarding and ongoing customer relationship. In a reseller model, the provider owns the hotel relationship and the agreement defines platform, support and billing responsibilities. White-label, custom domain, API and portfolio-dashboard requirements are Enterprise scope. Commercial terms are discussed privately.

Bring your client workflow — not client credentials.

In a 45–60 minute partner demo, we use simulated hotel data to run one client review from Insight and Forecasting through Discussion, Decisions and follow-up. We then map the workflow to your PMS, RMS and distribution stack and discuss the suitable partner model.
