Ask your own AI assistant.
Get your Peaqplus numbers back.
Connect Claude or ChatGPT to Peaqplus and ask about budget tracking, weak days, the forecast or a revenue breakdown in the chat you already use. The answers are built on the same Peaqplus data and analysis tools as Pulse Chat.
Part of Pulse AI at no extra charge, once the hotel admin switches it on. Read only and revocable at any time. Built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Your hotel data, inside the AI tool your team already opens every morning.
Pulse Chat stays the home of hotel analysis in Peaqplus. The connector brings the same figures to the assistant where the rest of your work already happens — your notes, your spreadsheets, your other connected tools.
Check budget tracking, weak days or the forecast from the chat window you already work in, without switching to another screen.
One connection covers every hotel where you have access and the connector is switched on. Compare them in one conversation.
Nothing leaves Peaqplus until the hotel admin switches the connector on. Switching it off stops access at once, and every switch is logged.
The same analysis tools as Pulse Chat.
Ask "How are we tracking against this month’s budget?", "Which segment brings in the most revenue?" or "Show me next month’s weak days." Your assistant picks the right Peaqplus tool, and the answer is built on the hotel’s own data.
The connector adds no new calculation of its own. It opens the read-only tools Pulse Chat already uses — reports, the daily briefing, budget tracking, the forecast, pricing history and pivot views — and checks your access every time.
- Reports — overview, daily, history and segment
- Daily briefing, budget tracking and the weak days ahead
- Forecast, AI correction reasoning and forecast accuracy
- Rate and restriction history
- Pivot views — your saved views, or a new breakdown on the spot
- Aggregated business figures only — no guest-level records or personal data
- Answers depend on the modules and data active for the hotel
Three steps. No keys to copy.
Before you connect: the data you ask for goes to your assistant’s provider and is handled under its terms. For hotel data we recommend a company plan (Claude Team or Enterprise, ChatGPT Business or Enterprise), which is not used for model training by default. On a personal account, switch off model training in your assistant’s settings.
Add the Peaqplus address as a custom connector in Claude or ChatGPT. The assistant finds the Peaqplus sign-in by itself. Then sign in with your own Peaqplus account and approve the connection.
- Claude, individual plan: Customize → Connectors → + Add → Add custom connector
- Claude Team or Enterprise: the owner adds it under Organization settings → Connectors; members click Connect
- In ChatGPT: add it as a custom connector — availability depends on your ChatGPT plan
- Address: https://app.peaqplus.com/mcp/pulse
- Sign in to Peaqplus — two-factor authentication runs if you use it
- Approve on the Peaqplus consent screen
- Ask your first question
You see who is asking, and for which hotels.
The consent screen is a Peaqplus page, not the assistant’s. It shows the address the request comes from — that, not the display name, is the part to check, because a name can be set to anything.
It lists the hotels the assistant will see, says plainly that it can only read, and says that the data you request goes to the assistant’s provider. Then you choose Allow or Deny.
- The requesting address, highlighted (for example claude.ai)
- The hotels the assistant will be able to read
- Read only — stated on the screen
- Where the data goes — stated on the screen
- In Hungarian or English, light or dark
An open door for your assistant. Not for anyone else.
The connector is a narrow, read-only path to data you can already see in Peaqplus. Access is tied to the person, checked on every question and easy to take back.
You connect with your Peaqplus sign-in, including two-factor authentication if you use it. No shared keys, no client IDs to copy.
The assistant sees exactly the hotels your Peaqplus account has access to — no more. There is no staff exception.
It can read reports, forecasts and history. It cannot change a rate or a setting, and it cannot send an email.
Access is checked again on every single request. Remove a user’s rights or switch the connector off, and the next question gets no data.
Disconnect an AI tool from your account page at any time. A password change disconnects every AI tool you have connected.
Each request is logged with the user, the tool, the hotel and the time. Your account page shows when each assistant last used the connection.
For your IT team: Model Context Protocol (MCP) · OAuth 2.1 sign-in · read-only tools · per-hotel admin switch · request and audit logs.
Peaqplus numbers, with the context to read them.
Hotel figures are easy to misread: which revenue type a column holds, which day the data describes, whether a comparison is last year’s final or the same point last year. Pulse Chat is taught these rules; an outside assistant is not.
So every answer travels with its context — the currency, the data date, the comparison basis and what each figure means — and the reading rules are the same ones Pulse Chat follows. Your assistant still writes the final answer itself, so the quality also depends on its model.
- Data date on every answer — the book as of the latest upload
- Currency and comparison basis travel with the figures
- Field notes say which revenue type a figure includes
- Reading rules from the same source as Pulse Chat
- Peaqplus does not see or check the answer your assistant writes
The admin opens it. You can close it.
A hotel admin switches the connector on per hotel in Pulse settings, with a confirmation step, because it opens a path for data to leave Peaqplus. Switching it off stops access immediately, and the log shows who changed it and when.
Each user sees their connected AI tools on the account page: the name, the address, when it was connected and when it was last used. Revoking takes one click and needs no password — the safe direction should be the easy one.
- Per-hotel switch for admins, with confirmation
- Off means off — the next question gets no data
- Connected AI tools listed on each user’s account page
- Revoke one tool, or change your password to disconnect all of them
- Removed rights or an archived hotel cut access at once
- Data already sent stays with the AI provider — delete it there, under its terms
What the connector does not do.
A connector is only useful if you know where it stops. These four are the ones to understand before you switch it on.
Works with Claude — on the web, the desktop app and the mobile app — and with ChatGPT, added as a custom connector. Other assistants that support MCP may follow; we name them only once they are checked.
Peaqplus supplies the figures and the rules for reading them. It does not see or check the answer your assistant gives — those checks run inside Pulse Chat only.
What you ask for — aggregated business figures, never guest-level records — is sent to the provider of your assistant and handled under its terms. The hotel-name removal used by Pulse Chat does not apply here. We recommend a company AI plan.
Competitor rates and other external data sources are not available through the connector, even when the hotel uses Competitor Intelligence.
One practical note: custom connectors depend on your assistant plan — on a free Claude plan, for example, you can add one.
Part of Pulse AI.
The connector has no separate fee. It comes with Pulse AI, which is €69/month per property or included in Pro. The model usage runs on your own AI assistant subscription, not on Peaqplus. The hotel admin switches the connector on per hotel.
See Pulse AI pricing →What hotel teams ask before they connect.
Which assistants work, what the connector can and cannot do, where the data goes and what it costs.
It lets you ask about your Peaqplus hotel data from your own AI assistant. It is built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP), the open standard AI assistants use to connect to other tools. Your assistant uses the same read-only analysis tools as Pulse Chat — reports, the daily briefing, budget tracking, the forecast, pricing history and pivot views.
It works with Claude — on the web, the desktop app and the mobile app — and with ChatGPT, added as a custom connector. Whether you can add custom connectors depends on your assistant plan. On a Claude Team or Enterprise plan, the organisation admin adds the connector and members click Connect; on a free Claude plan, you can add one custom connector.
No. The connector is read only. It cannot change a rate, a restriction or a setting, and it cannot send an email. Rate changes stay with the Pricing module and the people responsible for it.
Only the hotels your own Peaqplus account has access to, and only where the hotel is on Pulse AI and the admin has switched the connector on. Access is checked on every request. The connector returns aggregated business figures only — no guest-level records, booking identifiers or personal data. Competitor rates and other external data sources are not available through it.
The data you request is sent to the provider of your AI assistant and handled under its terms. The hotel-name removal Pulse Chat applies does not apply here. For hotel data we recommend a company plan (Claude Team or Enterprise, ChatGPT Business or Enterprise), which is not used for model training by default. On a personal account, switch off model training in your assistant’s settings. Your assistant also writes the answer with its own model: Peaqplus supplies the figures and the rules for reading them, but does not see or check that answer.

Revoke it on your Peaqplus account page under Connected AI tools — one click, no password needed. Changing your password disconnects every AI tool you have connected, and a hotel admin can switch the connector off for a hotel at any time. Disconnecting stops new requests; data and conversations already in your assistant stay with its provider and are deleted there, under its terms.
