Solutions by role

Hotel revenue management,
built around your team.

The right revenue workflow depends on who owns the decision — not on whether the hotel has a Revenue Manager title.

Your GM may manage pricing, an owner may want independent oversight, an RM may need deeper analysis, and sales may own group demand. Peaqplus gives each role a useful starting point while the team works from shared hotel data.

Three common hotel setups

Your starting point depends on who runs revenue today.

A job title does not determine the right bundle. Start from your current operating model, then add capability only where the team has a clear job for it.

01
No dedicated RM
Owner or GM runs revenue

Begin with a readable daily view, planning and decision tracking. Keep pricing manual, or add the Pricing module when the team is ready.

02
In-house capability
A Revenue Manager leads the work

Reduce report assembly, keep dated context and give management a view they can use. An existing RMS can continue to handle pricing.

03
Outsourced expertise
A revenue provider manages pricing

Keep the provider and create a shared, hotel-side view of performance, recommendations, decisions and follow-through.

Sales and marketing can join any of these setups: their path connects demand signals and group opportunities to the same revenue plan.

Before you choose a path

Questions teams ask when roles overlap.

Independent hotels rarely fit a neat org chart. These answers help you choose a practical starting point.

01
Which solution should I choose if one person wears several hats?

Start with the work that person is accountable for most often. Choose the GM path when they run the daily revenue process, the Owner path for commercial oversight, the Revenue Manager path for hands-on analysis, the Sales path for campaigns and group opportunities, or the Provider path for work across client hotels.

02
Is Peaqplus only for hotels with a Revenue Manager?

No. A GM or owner can begin with a readable daily view, planning and decision tracking without becoming a revenue specialist. Hotels with an in-house RM get a deeper analytical workflow, while hotels using an outside provider can create their own shared view alongside the service.

03
Does every role need every Peaqplus module?

No. BI Core provides the shared visibility, planning and decision foundation. Pricing, competitor intelligence, Pulse AI, Sales Pipeline and Discovery can be added only where a person or team has a clear job for them.

04
Can we keep our current RMS or revenue service provider?

Yes. Peaqplus can run alongside an existing RMS, channel-manager workflow or revenue provider. It gives the hotel team dated analysis, decision context and follow-through without requiring a full replacement of the systems or expertise that already work.

05
Can a hotel group use different role workflows across its properties?

Yes. Multi-property management is included in every tier. A central team can standardise reporting and review while each property keeps the role split and module set that fits its operation.

Signal → Decision → Action → Outcome

Bring the people who own the decision.

In a 45–60 minute walkthrough, we start with how your hotel runs revenue today and use a simulated live property to show the relevant workflow. You leave with a recommendation for the right starting bundle, optional modules and implementation path.
