Context, not just numbers

Benchmark closes that gap. For each metric you see your own value, the pool average and median, the percentage gap, your rank in the field, your percentile, and where you sit on the pool's min–median–max spread. A drop is reassuring when the whole market dropped further. A flat month is a warning when the market climbed.

Industry-standard indexes — without the enterprise price tag.

The hotel industry measures market position with three indexes: MPI for occupancy, ARI for rate, RGI for the two combined. 100 is par — exactly the pool average. Above 100 you're beating the field; below, you're trailing it.

Benchmark gives you all three, every month, from your anonymous peer pool — built in, with no separate benchmarking subscription to buy. MPI 108, ARI 95, RGI 103 reads in a single glance: higher occupancy, lower rate, and still ahead of the market overall.

You choose who you're measured against.

Benchmark builds your peer group from tags — country, star rating, property type, location. Start with the closest match (everything that describes you) for the tightest, most-similar pool. Loosen a tag to widen it: drop "5-star" and you're measured against every hotel in your country.

It only ever offers your own tags — you can't peek at the luxury segment if you're not luxury. The benchmark is always about hotels genuinely like yours.

The pool is anonymous by design. You never see a named hotel — only aggregates: average, median, the spread.
