How Peaqplus started.

How it started

Our founder started coding at age 9 — wrote a payroll program at 10. At university he couldn't decide between programming and tourism, flipped a coin on his mother's advice, and tourism won.

Fifteen years in hotel operations followed — front-desk through General Manager. But the analytical work kept finding its way back: P&L, business planning, and eventually revenue management.

In 2013, running revenue management at a large hotel, he saw the gap Excel and macros couldn't fill. The idea landed in 2014. In 2016 we started building.

Peaqplus is the bridge between "not paying attention" and full automation. We connect to your PMS, organize your data, and show you what matters — without requiring you to become a revenue management expert.

The platform is built around the closed loop a revenue manager runs every day: spot the signal, decide what to do, act, measure. Each new layer we've shipped answers a specific gap we kept seeing — and carries the same philosophy: snapshot the data, track the decisions, never let Excel be the source of truth.

Founder and co-owner of morgens.hu — a Hungarian hospitality-tech company he's been running since 2012. The morgens lineup includes the RoomSome booking engine, RoomSome Loyalty for hotels, Zadír Ticket for spas and adventure parks, and conversion-oriented websites and digital-marketing campaigns for independent hotels. Joined Peaqplus as co-owner in 2024 with 14 years of hospitality-tech expertise to bring alongside the analytics, decisions, and pricing layer.

15+ years at Accent Hotels in Hungary — front-desk receptionist through reservations and sales, most recently Revenue Manager at HQ in Budapest. Joined Peaqplus from the revenue manager seat and now works closely with the hotels that have been with us the longest. Translates customer questions into roadmap input and keeps the platform anchored in real operational reality.
