23 reports.
One snapshot engine.

The deep-dive layer: 23 tabular reports across 6 families — Pickup, Performance, Comparison, Forecast, Competitor, Search. Every report runs on the same snapshot foundation, the same multi-dim filters, the same comparison engine.

Insights are where you start the day. Reports are where you investigate. When a tile catches your eye, you open the report behind it — pre-filtered, same period, same dimensions — and slice it any way you need.

The foundation

Photographed every day. Kept forever.

Imagine a plant on your windowsill. Today, you see how big it is. If you photograph it every day, you build an album — the same plant on different days, comparable to any other day, retrievable any time. That's what Peaqplus does with your hotel data.

Most reporting tools — including your PMS — show you the plant as it is today. Yesterday's view is overwritten by tomorrow's data. "But we see the reports in the PMS" — yes, but only the current state. Peaqplus doesn't overwrite. Every reservation feed is stored as an immutable snapshot, tagged with its upload date.

Last Tuesday's OTB? Still there. Three months ago, the morning before that group cancelled? Still there. Pricing decisions, forecast versions, segment definitions — all queryable, retroactively, against the data they were made on.

Concrete benefits
  • Every report runs "as of" any past day
  • Forecast versions don't overwrite — they stack with audit reasons
  • Budget changes, segment additions, decisions — all linked to their data context
  • New reports added next month can query data from last year

Pick any past date — the whole app reflects that snapshot. Compare any two. Build the booking curve.
02
Time Machine

Click. See your OTB as of any past date.

Open Time Machine. Pick a date. The entire app reflects that day's state — Insights, every report, every tile — showing what the data looked like at that snapshot.

Use it to compare forecast accuracy week-over-week. Replay a Revenue Meeting from 3 weeks ago. Train new RMs on real historical states. Verify what we knew when we made the decision.

How it works
  • Date dropdown lists every available upload
  • Quick buttons: −1 day, −7 days, −30 days
  • Yellow banner pinned to the top: "Showing historical data"
  • Keyboard shortcut for power users — Time Machine is one keystroke away
  • Combinable with Tentative mode (Budget-projected past states)

Same Point YoY

Compare apples to apples. Not date to date.

Last year, same period should mean what it says. But calendar dates lie: Easter shifts, weekends fall on different days, holiday weeks land in different positions year to year.

Same Point matches week-position to week-position — Thursday week 17 to Thursday week 17, not April 23 to April 23. Comparable, defensible, owner-presentable YoY analysis, every report.

Where it applies
  • One-click toggle on every relevant report
  • Built into Pace Insight forward projection
  • Built into Productive Insight extrapolation
  • Built into Daily Briefing narrative ("last year same point…")

Slice. Stack. Compare.

Channel × segment × revenue type × period — all stackable.

Most BI tools let you filter by one dimension at a time. Peaqplus lets you stack them. Filter to OTA channels only. Within that, to corporate segments. Compare against same-point last year. For room revenue specifically. For the next 30 days.

All in one report. One query. One screen. No SQL, no spreadsheet juggling, no waiting for a developer. Every report has 7–15 selectors in the topbar — the same selectors, in the same order, on every report.

Stack any of these
  • Date range · revenue type · nights type
  • Segment · segment group · channel
  • Multi-hotel · comparison mode · pickup window
  • Tentative mode · Time Machine snapshot · currency conversion

See the curve, not just the number

Pickup velocity, fill curves, pace projections.

A single snapshot tells you where you are. A series of snapshots tells you where you're going. Peaqplus turns your daily upload history into the visualizations that drive forward-looking decisions.

01
Pickup velocity

Daily change in OTB across multiple periods, smoothed and visualized. See acceleration vs. deceleration before it shows up in the monthly report.

What every report shares

Six capabilities. Every report.
Not bolt-ons.

These are not features you turn on. They are built into the engine — meaning the 24th report we add next quarter inherits all of them for free.

01
Parameter Collection

The selectors in the topbar persist across reports. Set the date range and segment on Daily Pickup — open Performance Overview, the filters carry over. One selection, many lenses.

Persists per session · resettable
02
Tentative switch

Every report has a Tentative toggle. Turn it on — the numbers reflect the Budget-projected state rather than actual bookings. Useful for forward-looking presentations and committee material.

Reads from Budget module
03
AI Report Narrative

Open any report. Click "Summarise". A 3-5 sentence AI narrative explains what the numbers are saying — anchored to the actual filters, the actual time range, the actual comparison.

Tailored per report · refreshes when the data does
04
Discussion threads per row

Every row in every report can host a thread. Right-click → Discuss. Tag a colleague. The conversation is anchored to that row, that snapshot, that filter combination — and surfaces in the Decisions list.

Tied to the report, row, and date
05
Mail scheduling

Any report (or any view of a report) can be scheduled as email. Daily, weekly, monthly, or a custom cadence. PDF or Excel attached. Sent to a list — or just to yourself.

06
Bookmarkable URL

Every selector state lives in the URL. Send the link — the recipient opens exactly the same view. Pin it. Save it as a browser bookmark. Use it in Slack. No re-configuring.

Mail Reports

Your dashboard, in your inbox.

Most of your team will not open the app every morning. The GM checks email between meetings. The owner reads the phone on the way in. The sales lead lives in their inbox. So the dashboard goes to them — not the other way around.

Five ready-built mail formats, each shaped for a different reader. Set the time you want it. Pick the metrics that matter to you. Pick the properties (one, five, all). The mail arrives on schedule — with the Pulse AI summary inlined on the Daily and Pickup formats, so the morning context lands before the first cup of coffee.

What every mail does
  • Hourly precision — every reader picks the exact send time that fits their routine
  • Pulse AI summary on Daily and Pickup — morning narrative in the recipient's language, inlined in the email
  • Mobile-responsive — the stat grid and tables read on a phone before you reach the desk
  • Per-user preferences — same hotel, different people get different mails
  • Reliable delivery — automatic retry on every send; the mail arrives or you hear why

Five formats · one set of underlying data · scheduled per reader
The five formats

Five readers. Five mails.

No single email serves an RM, a GM, an owner, a sales lead, and a chain operator. Peaqplus carries one for each — the same data, shaped for the seat.

01
Daily Mail Report

For the RM who wants the morning briefing before the laptop opens. Yesterday's results, this month so far, the next three months at a glance, the Pulse AI narrative on top. Three minutes to read.

Yesterday · MTD · 3-month look-ahead · Pulse AI
02
Pickup Mail Report

For tracking forward demand without opening a single report. Four pickup windows (1, 7, 14, 30 days), six months ahead, colour-coded gains and losses. The Pulse AI explains where the movement is.

4 windows · 6 months · colour-coded
03
Summary Mail Report

For the GM who runs a multi-property block. One mail per group, with each property as a card and an aggregated total at the bottom — currency-aware when the group spans currencies.

Multi-property · per-property cards
04
Multihotel Summary

For the chain operator. Same data as the Summary, organised by month — three months ahead, each as its own section, every property side by side. Weekly or monthly cadence.

Chain · monthly sections · 3 months ahead
05
Custom Mail Builder

For the team member with a specific routine. Compose your own mail from existing reports — Segments by channel, Daily Revenue on weekends only, Forecast Summary on Friday. Schedule it. Send it to a list.

Composable · per-user · multi-recipient
06
Custom builds · multi-recipient · whitelabel

The mail bends to your routine. Not the other way around.

If the five formats don't fit, the Custom Mail Builder does. Pick the reports you want, set the filters once, choose the cadence (daily, weekly, monthly, or any combination), add the recipients. You get a mail that looks exactly like the routine you'd build by hand — except you only build it once.

For chain operators and resellers, the mails carry your brand. White-label SMTP, your logo, your colours, your sender address. The guest reads a mail from your company; Peaqplus stays out of the picture.

How far it bends
  • Compose from any existing report — Segments, Daily Revenue, History, Forecast Summary, more
  • Per-component filters — different revenue type, different date range, different segment per block
  • Schedule daily, weekly, monthly — or a custom cadence at a specific hour and day
  • Multi-recipient — one mail to a whole team, separate per-user preferences if they want
  • Whitelabel-ready — your SMTP, your logo, your sender; the reseller flow is built in
