Solutions/For Hotel Owners
Hotel revenue management for owners

See where your hotel is heading.
Ask better questions sooner.

Owner-level oversight for one hotel or a portfolio. Start with plan versus actual, forecast, benchmark and open decisions — then review the same data with your GM, Revenue Manager or provider.

BI Core turns the latest hotel data available in Peaqplus into role-ready views and scheduled reports. You do not need to become a Revenue Manager, and the person already running revenue can stay in place.

The owner's question

"Are we on plan — and what needs attention?"

A revenue report becomes useful to an owner when it connects the result to the forward view. You should be able to see where forecast differs from budget, what changed since the previous snapshot, which decision is still open and who owns the follow-up.

The owner does not need another report pack. The owner needs a clear route from exception to question and next step.

Three gaps in owner reporting

Numbers alone do not create control.

Backward-looking

You can see the result, but not whether the next month is moving away from plan while there is still time to respond.

Fragmented

Budget, forecast, pickup, benchmark and open decisions arrive in different formats. The review starts by reconciling them.

No next step

A KPI can be correct and still leave the owner's real question unanswered: what changed, why does it matter and who owns the next step?

01 — Start with the exception

See the period that needs a question first.

The Executive Summary brings the current month and the next two months into one traffic-light view. Pickup, forecast versus budget, ADR and mix show where the owner should start; the underlying report remains one click away.

The Home view can be configured around the KPIs and reports you review most often. With Pulse AI, the same signals can also receive a written explanation; the dashboard itself does not require AI.

SIMULATED · COMPETITOR INTELLIGENCE ACTIVE
Hotel Aurora · March 5

Yesterday: occupancy 71%, ADR €142 (+€6 vs LY).

This week: on plan Mon-Wed, weekend behind.

Flag: next weekend pickup 18% behind forecast. Three competitors discounted overnight.

02 — The full picture

See the mix behind the total.

Peaqplus reads the reservation, segment and channel fields supplied by the connected PMS or supported import. That lets the owner move from the total into direct, OTA, corporate or group performance without asking the team to rebuild the view.

The Event Calendar places relevant demand dates next to the numbers. It adds context; it does not change a rate. Written calendar-aware analysis requires Pulse AI, while rate changes require the separate Pricing workflow.

03 — Keep the next step visible

Move from the question to a named decision.

Open a Discussion from the report row or Insight where the question began, then record the agreed Decision with its supporting data, responsible person, deadline and status.

At the next review, the owner sees what was agreed and what remains open. Peaqplus preserves the context; the commercial judgement and final decision stay with the hotel team.

Independent oversight

Use Peaqplus alongside your
revenue service provider.

If a Revenue Manager or outside provider handles day-to-day pricing, the owner should not duplicate that work. The useful oversight layer is a shared, dated view of performance, plans, decisions and follow-through.

Peaqplus can provide that hotel-side view while your existing expert and systems remain in place. You review the same source and decision context instead of asking for a second version of the story.

This is not a score for the provider and it does not prove that one decision caused a result. It creates a common basis for a better commercial conversation.

  • Review budget, forecast and actuals from the same dated hotel data.
  • Trace a summary back to the supporting Insight or report.
  • Keep the agreed next step, responsible person and status visible to both sides.

Daily Briefing

Five scheduled data blocks are part of BI Core. Pulse AI can add two written explanation blocks.

Executive Summary

Traffic-light views for the current and next two months: pickup, forecast versus budget, ADR and mix.

Benchmark

Compare occupancy, ADR and RevPAR with an anonymised peer group. The figures and MPI, ARI and RGI work without AI.

Decision record

Keep the reason, supporting data, responsible person, deadline and status with the revenue decision.

Pulse AI for owners

The owner brief — on demand.

Pulse AI is optional. It adds natural-language questions and written explanations that link back to the available Peaqplus source. The examples below use simulated data; the owner can review the underlying report before acting.

OwnerWhich of the next three months is furthest behind budget, and what changed since last week?
PulseJune is furthest behind at −4.8%. The gap widened by 1.3 points since the previous snapshot, mainly in the corporate segment. Source: Executive Summary → June → segment mix.
OwnerHow accurate were our last three monthly forecasts?
PulseThe 30-day forecast error was 4.2%, 6.1% and 3.8%. May had the largest miss; pickup accelerated after the forecast was committed. Source: Forecast Accuracy → 30-day horizon.
OwnerAre we gaining market share through occupancy or ADR?
PulseRGI is 104.2. ARI is above 100 while MPI is below 100, so the current advantage comes from rate rather than occupancy. Source: Benchmark → current month.

Owner questions before you buy

What is included, what is optional and what can stay in place?

The product boundaries to understand before choosing a bundle or implementation path.

01
Is Peaqplus an RMS for hotel owners?

Peaqplus can support revenue management without forcing an RMS replacement. BI Core gives owners and hotel teams shared analysis, planning, benchmarking, reporting and decision tracking. Pricing automation is a separate Peaqplus module, and an existing Revenue Manager, RMS or revenue service provider can continue to run alongside it.

02
Does an owner need Pulse AI to use the dashboards?

No. The nine base Insight views, Budget, Forecasting, Benchmark, scheduled reports, Discussions and Decisions work without Pulse AI. Pulse AI is optional and adds natural-language questions, written explanations and AI blocks in the Daily Briefing.

03
Can Peaqplus work with an outsourced revenue service provider?

Yes. The hotel and provider can review the same Peaqplus data, open a Discussion from the relevant report or Insight and keep the agreed Decision, responsible person, deadline and status visible. Peaqplus adds a shared hotel-side view; it does not score or replace the provider.

04
Can hotel owners use Peaqplus across several properties?

Yes. Multi-property management is included in every tier, and scheduled reporting can cover a group. Portfolio-specific dashboard, API, white-label and rollout requirements are scoped with the Enterprise tier.

05
How much does the owner starting setup cost?

For a hotel with up to 49 rooms, Starter is €109/month per property. BI Core has a one-time €135 setup fee that includes 2 hours of team training. Prices exclude VAT, room-count bands apply, and yearly billing receives a 10% discount.
